It will be held on September 28, 2023, days before Latinas in Cannabis Day on September 30, a holiday dedicated to celebrating Latinas around the world who understand that the plant is more than a demonized “drug.”
The Summit will bring together a diverse community of Latina advocates, entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals for a day focused on cultivating connections and growing professionally.
The 2024 Latinas in Cannabis Summit experience invites guests to discover, connect, and learn. The one-day event is intentionally curated for personal and professional development, relationship-building, and opportunities for career advancement.
This is the first professional Latina empowerment and cannabis industry conference of its kind, giving attendees the opportunity to participate in an impactful and career-building event.
The event features leading Latinas/x/o in the cannabis industry, who will participate in impactful panels on advocacy and breaking cannabis stigma, careers in cannabis sales, cannabis and motherhood, and cannabis entrepreneurship and executive leadership.
Held in the heart of Hollywood CA, summit guests will have a chance to build skills and confidence through value-driven workshops on cannabis PR 101 and the power of the Latina vote this election year.
The summit will wrap up with a Latina Power Sesh celebration highlighting presenting sponsor, Zig-Zag. Summit guests will also receive Zig-Zag gift bags and have a chance to win raffle prizes from world’s most iconic rolling papers for over 140 years. Founded in 2020, Latinas in Cannabis is the largest and most engaged online and in-person community of Latina cannabis professionals and enthusiasts. The group works to connect, empower, and celebrate Latinas who work, or aspire to work, in the cannabis industry through its online community, in-person events, and resources to dismantle cultural and gender stigmas that create barriers to professional success.
