He has an affinity for Mediterranean cuisine, wood fire cooking, and over a decade of professional experience. Alex is also a long-time passionate cannabis enthusiast and advocate for plant medicine & has been awarded 12 cannabis cups for his edible creations. As the founder of Chefs Cut Cannabis, he specializes in creating medicinal edibles that are delicious and nutritious.
