The team at Dirty Bird all agree that the Roadside Haze is one of the most special and promising cultivars we’ve had the pleasure to breed and test. From the outset, it is a highly vigorous and healthy plant that is quick to veg and easy to clone. In flower, they displayed early floral initiation and perfect internodal spacing for moderate stacking and optimal airflow. This cultivar is green-dominant, with roughly 20% of our testers displaying some purple coloration at the very end of flower. They exhibit a complex range of terpene profiles, some leaning more into their skunk heritage and others leaning more into the pine family.
We also experienced melon, tropical fruit, gas, and mint undertones. Phenotypic variation was moderate. Fifty percent of our testers displayed huge, frosty colas that hit on every level — terps, weight, and quality. We selected our keepers from this lot. The other fifty percent had kush-like, golf ball-shaped flowers that yielded a bit lower but were very much on par with their counterparts in their quality and complex terpene profiles.
The effect of the Roadside Haze is just as impressive as the plant itself. This strain delivers a content, spacey high that’s euphoric and smile-inducing without being overwhelming. It provides a relaxed, enjoyable experience, leaving you lost in time without the couch lock.
