MILF Rev’s Rave: Skyanchor, F1 Hybrid

The PSI (Purple Salem Indica) female, clone-only, used to make the Skyanchor is some kind of old-world Purple Kush that has been around a long-long time, and behaves like a super heirloom, long IBL (inbred line). Once she was paired with Bogglegum to make this Skyanchor hybrid, watch out baybee! She’ll wreck your ass utterly.

The Skyanchor is an uber intense and highly potent indica, but not like a Hashplant indica type. This one reminds me totally of stuff like the old-school Champagne Indica. Also, similarities with the original AK47, especially that almost instant rush after your first hit, boom, you’re high like right now. Delicious grape terpenes, just scrumptious cannabis here. I am making a cross with two of these females (and the Riffraff Thai male), and I will fill you all in within 60 days or less from this publishing date, regarding that new hybrid.

My wake-up time is normally between 3am and 6am. I know, right? I remember growing up, my mom was always awake, up and doing stuff shortly before 4am—Pretty sure it’s genetic, heh heh. This morning, about 30 min ago, I did three bongloads of the Skyanchor… and I am damn decently baked to a crackly crunch. A heavy indica dominant is not normally a wake-n-bake choice for moi, but it is really fun, and it’s looking like one hell of a morning, LoL.

The Rundown—Hierarchy Etc.

KOS’ own Skyanchor is an F1 hybrid cross using a prime selected male of BOG’s Bogglegum. A bad ass old-school hybrid BOG made using a Northern Lights #5 (real deal) crossed to a Bubblegum (real deal). The female used to make the Skyanchor was my clone only PSI (Purple Salem Indica) that I was given by my good friend Keith, from Salem, OR, USA. Some kind of crazy old Purple Kush variant; potency of the PSI is not only severe, but supernaturally indica-intense. The Skyanchor’s resin production and potency is def bumped up a nice notch from the PSI levels even—wowzerz!

GROWER: The Rev

Stinky when growing—like, very. Skyanchor is pretty easy to grow and she has no known weaknesses. Her yields range from average to pretty good, most with very knobby, calyx-infested frosty madness for buds. Most of the several phenotypes are superior and easily spotted by me. I have grown this baybee a couple of times prior. Beautiful large and super-dense colas.

Afterword Smoking Skyanchor with Rev

The Skyanchor is an experience that will not surprise you, knowing its lineage of a very old Purple Kush. She is a Jell-O Sledgehammer of ass kicking indica. She reminds me in some ways of the olden days AK47, as in, she is super-fast to hit you. Like within a minute of my first hit, I get all tingly in the center of my brain, my eyebrows sweat a tad, and my heartrate jumps upwards a notch.

She has a cool grape-ish, fuel-like, honey oil terpene profile that is dead true for smells and flavors. The effects last strong for about 60-90 minutes (again, like the old AK). After the first hour though she just sort of switches modes and becomes less intense, very relaxing indeed, and plasters a grin on your face for about the next hour or so. Everything is more fun for me while under her influence. Although, allow for some forgetfulness. ????

I would call her “stupid weeds” for sure, as she is somewhat dysfunctional, especially during the second hour. That being said, the first hour is actually energetic, and not in a subtle sense. You definitely won’t be sharp at any time while high on her, but your creative and adventurous sides will be lit up. It’s this very unique “split personality” of the resin profile I covet in this hybrid. Along with her smashing, nearly pure-blood indica potency—yikes!
