Howdy, and welcome good peeps. I’m Rev, and todays MILF, Dark Dragon, is for sure ‘Marijuana I’d Love to Find.’ She is a favored variety over at KOS. Currently, and temporarily out of stock. I have been having difficulties locating my deep stash of these seeds for inbreeding with. D’Oh!

The Dark Dragon Rundown—Hierarchy

Male: The P1 Dark Matter male used to create the Dark Dragon, was a hybrid of Rusty Haze x Cherry Thunderfuck. Dark Matter is very hearty, with highly unique flavors and smells, with very large yields. The high-type is one that can cause some paranoia, but to me the Dark Matter was full of “Dark Energy” with zero burnout and long legs and just a super fun ride.

Female: The P1 Boggle Dragon female used in the Dark Dragon hybrid, was BOG’s Bogglegum male crossed to my Blue Dragon selected female. BOG’s hybrid, Bogglegum, was an old NL #5 crossed to a Bubblegum.

The Blue Dragon, is a hybrid Blue Rhino male, crossed to a landrace Tibetan cultivar, my olden Tibetan Gold. I selected the Boggle Dragon female specifically to target the most awesome Tibetan high-type that runs dominant in the Dark Dragon hybrid.

Growing Information

I grew these all TLO (True Living Organics) style, indoors. I flowered them under 400-watt Eye Blue Metal Halide bulbs; full spectrum, 6,500 kelvins color temperature.

What can I say about growing the Dark Dragon without simply saying, she’s basically bulletproof. Highly resistant to stress. And extremely vigorous. Absolutely practical for commercial production. Massive resin production. Very large yields of large sized colas. The Dark Dragon is very easy to grow, and is not fussy about anything that I ever saw. I do not know how she handles outdoor coastal growing, but her bud morphology seems advantageous regarding that. She works well, topped or not. Topped, she will take up some horizontal space, fast.

Afterword Smoking with Rev

What a pleasure to smoke for me. The Dark Dragon is what I would call semi-spacy and highly adventurous. The exotic sativa facets of the resin profile are fairly pronounced in this hybrid. There is that “dark energy” side, along with a healthy yearning for adventure. I find her very social. Some peeps may actually find her to be paranoid inducing. The smells and flavors are extremely hard to describe. Kind of like fruity, guava, and grapefruit all cross my mind when partaking of the Dark Dragon. Strong smells and flavors; poignant and pungent.

I loved stopping by pubs along the way, smoking doobies with randos, having a beer or two. Takes all day—LoL—and is damn fun. I can’t wait to be able to do that again.
